The new Antares 9 stands out with its dynamic, elongated lines. Inspired by the Antares 11 and 12 models, it presents an appealing silhouette that is complemented by a stainless steel rubbing strake and large windows in the hull. With its clear design, this new model epitomises the Antares line on every cruising area.
All living areas on board the new model have been redesigned to ensure good comfort. The upholstery in the cockpit is now even more comfortable and the backrests have been reinforced. High-quality lacquered furniture and walnut wood give the interior a sophisticated touch, while the upholstery creates a pleasant atmosphere.
A multitude of innovations and well thought-out features increase the utility value of this weekender. The modular cockpit is spacious (1.70 m x 2.40 m) and offers an L-shaped bench seat, which can be converted into a U-shaped seating area with an optional seat. The cockpit bench seat can also be converted into a sun lounger that invites you to relax. A wide sliding glass door enables an effortless transition between indoor and outdoor areas and creates a generous living space.
The new Antares 9 combines all the strengths of the model range and is an ideal boat for outings with family and friends. The interior is designed to offer a good quality of life on board. The large wraparound windows let in plenty of daylight and the modern galley offers an 80-litre refrigerator, a gas cooker or electric hobs, an optional microwave and plenty of storage space. The swivelling seat at the helm also offers additional space at the saloon table.
The forward owner's cabin with its double berth is spacious and stylish, with large windows that offer a great view of the sea. The model also has a guest cabin with a double bed, windows in the hull and a shared toilet and shower cubicle. The saloon can be optionally equipped with a berth. The Antares 9 can be customised for a wide variety of sailing areas. The options list includes, for example: Heating, air conditioning, generator, lithium batteries, solar panels on the cabin roof, a sunroof and storage space for a paddleboard.
With maximum engine power (2 x 250 hp outboard engines), it offers good performance and has large fuel tanks that enable a range of 130 nautical miles at cruising speed. The hull is light yet robust, offering high rigidity for optimum stability and comfort. The ergonomic helm station with adjustable seat offers the driver good visibility and optimum handling.
Freedom of movement and safety on board are also guaranteed. The side door allows easy entry and exit as well as easy access to the water via the swim ladder. The wider, recessed starboard side deck has high handrails that ensure a safe walk to the foredeck - whether for anchoring or relaxed sunbathing. Every detail has been designed to facilitate movement on board and allow easy access to the water.
