As a result, two suppliers have cancelled theInsolvency application has been placed. A decision is now being made on this, until 8 May. After that it will be clear whether there will be a restart or whether it will be wound up.

In July 2016, the current owner Jeannot Grim joined Jetten as Managing Director. Grim then took over Marcel and Sander Jetten completely last year. Since then, Jetten has ceased all marketing activities and the shipyard has been quiet. Rumours of possible insolvency have persisted for weeks, but now this step has been taken.

Jetten has built around 300 ships under its own name to date. The shipyard is characterised by a high level of vertical integration, from the hull to the upholstery. In 2017, the Jetten Beach 45 was named European Powerboat of the Year.
