The Omaya 50 is characterised by a large hull width of 8.4 metres. This above-average width creates more space on the lower decks and allows for a flexible saloon layout.
There are two configurations to choose from for the lower deck: the owner's version and the charter version. In the owner's version, the master cabin extends over the entire port side. It has a double bed, sofa, desk, dressing area and a large bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle. On the starboard side there are two further double cabins with their own bathrooms. This layout can also be found in the charter version on the port side. Optionally, a crew cabin with bathroom or two crew cabins can be arranged.
The spacious flybridge, which can be reached via two staircases, is particularly striking. From here, skipper and guests can enjoy a panoramic view. The flybridge not only serves as a second helm station, but also as a comfortable lounge for socialising. There is a lowerable bathing platform at the stern, which facilitates access to the water. It can be lowered to water level, making it easier to get on and off the boat. The entire layout and equipment is designed for longer trips.
The Omaya 50 is equipped with the GARMIN EmpirBus system. This digital switching system enables centralised control of lighting, entertainment electronics, safety systems, temperature and navigation at the touch of a button. Raymarine systems are also on board, including fishfinder, radar, VHF radio, satellite TV and a modern mooring system.
The Dock Sense system, which works with cameras, is particularly practical. It supports the skipper when docking by monitoring the boat's surroundings and displaying them on the multifunctional screens. Remote monitoring is provided by the Sentinel system, which allows boat owners to control important functions remotely.
According to Kaloyan Radulov, CEO of Omaya Yachts, the company is already planning further models: "The Omaya 50 is just the beginning. We are already working on 62-foot and 78-foot variants." These are set to expand the fleet in the coming years.
