With its innovative 80 metres, Nobiskrug delivered one of the most unusual superyachts of recent years.
"Artefact" set sail from Nobiskrug in Rendsburg and reached the Mediterranean in Gibraltar. The most notable features of the Gregory C. Marshall design include extensive glazing (740 square metres, 60 tonnes), a GRP superstructure on a steel hull, solar panels for energy generation and a diesel-electric propulsion system that is said to be 30 percent more efficient than conventional systems.
