Bavaria Yachts is launching the Signature Edition in 2026. The shipyard is combining popular equipment options into a package deal. The edition is available for three motorboat models in the S-Line range.

With the Signature Edition, Bavaria Yachts is introducing a concept whereby the shipyard makes frequently chosen extras part of the standard specification. The offer applies to the S29, S30 and S45 motorboats. The models feature a new hull design with distinctive stripes, a redesigned interior and enhanced technical specifications.

Features of the S-Line models

The three motorboats in the Signature Edition are fitted with a Simrad multifunction display. The unit shows engine data and navigation information on a single screen. Standard equipment includes an electric windlass, which replaces the need to haul in the anchor manually. The cockpit features sun loungers and a shower. The interior is finished in light Nordic Oak, whilst the floor is covered with wenge veneer. The berths are fitted with cold-foam mattresses. A Fusion sound system plays music in the cockpit and saloon.

Differences between the models

The Bavaria S29 SE and S30 SE feature a revised layout of the navigation instruments at the helm. The S45 SE can be ordered with the Platinum equipment package. This package includes an alternator, air conditioning and other technical components. According to the shipyard, this leaves very few additional options available. The hull stripes are designed exclusively for the Signature Edition and distinguish the boats visually from the standard models.

Editor Test & Technology

Ole Puls was born in Schleswig in 1999. He quickly swapped the football pitch for the Schlei and grew up sailing a wide variety of dinghies and tall ships. From his grandfather's self-built wooden opti and a Europe to a 49er and an X362 Sport, there was a lot to choose from. After leaving school, Puls decided to train as a boat builder at the high-tech shipyard Knierim Yachtbau in Kiel in 2016. He successfully completed his training in 2020 and stayed at the shipyard as a bachelor. In 2022, he decided not only to build boats, but also to test them. Since then, he has been working for Delius Klasing Verlag in the Test & Technology section of BOOTE magazine. The training he received and the eye for detail and quality of workmanship he acquired help him immensely today. Even though he is a regatta sailor with heart and soul, he feels right at home on motorboats and enjoys separating his professional and private lives and yet combining them. Because we all know one thing: there is simply no better place to be than on the water.
