Beneteau is introducing a new benchmark for luxury long-distance cruising with the Grand Trawler 63. The almost 19 metre long model builds on the success of the Grand Trawler 62 and introduces numerous innovations designed to redefine the cruising experience at sea.

The Grand Trawler 63 from Beneteau sets new standards in the luxury long-distance cruiser segment. With a length of almost 19 metres, the model builds on the proven success of the Grand Trawler 62, of which 27 yachts were delivered. But instead of a mere further development, Beneteau is presenting a bold reinterpretation of the concept for a new era of yachting. "Owners today expect more than just comfort and range - they are looking for serenity, precision and quality craftsmanship that is intuitively tailored to their lifestyle at sea," says the shipyard. However, they also need to have the necessary small change. It starts at around 1.95 million euros

Proven hull design with new innovations

The Grand Trawler 63 retains the displacement hull designed by MICAD Naval Architects. This is characterised by good fuel efficiency and range - up to 900 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 9 knots with 10% fuel reserve are possible. Beneath the familiar silhouette, however, lies a vessel that epitomises Beneteau's vision for the next chapter of refined passagemaking.

Focus on peace and comfort

At the centre of the Grand Trawler 63 is the uncompromising pursuit of calm. The Sleipner fin stabilisers ensure superior stability, both underway and at anchor. The new optional Silent Boat Pack is claimed to significantly reduce ambient noise, allowing owners and guests to experience the tranquillity of a true time-out. Improved sound insulation in the crew quarters, the lazarette and the engine room enhances the feeling of invisible comfort - modern technology that is not meant to be seen, but felt.

Revised control stand and electric steering system

The redesigned helm station is inspired by the Swift Trawler 54 and features floating multifunctional displays that improve both form and function. The transition from hydraulic to electric Xenta steering allows for more direct steering in both calm and rough seas. These innovations contribute to a more precise and intuitive driving experience.

Extensive standard equipment and flexible room concepts

The Grand Trawler 63 sets new standards in the Grand Trawler series with its extensive standard equipment. What was once optional is now included in the basic package: the Sleipner fins, the Luxe Pack, AGM service batteries and a MAN spare parts box are supplied as standard. This emphasises Beneteau's commitment to uncompromising value and quality. Life on board adapts to each owner's vision. There is a choice of three or four spacious cabins, all with refined bathrooms featuring upgraded fittings and mirrored surfaces. Expanded storage options, batten closures and customised cabinetry options such as a Texan BBQ grill, modular flybridge or a new convertible coffee table with removable cushion ensure that every voyage is as practical as it is enjoyable.

Manufactured in a renowned Italian shipyard

The Grand Trawler 63 is being built at Beneteau's renowned shipyard in Monfalcone, Italy. It represents the most complete expression yet of what a modern passagemaker can be. With its extended autonomy, advanced soundproofing technologies and timeless European design, the Grand Trawler 63 invites owners to explore slower, deeper and more beautifully.
