The new marina in Ventimiglia celebrated its soft opening. There are 178 berths eight nautical miles from Monaco.

The YCM flagship "Tuiga" was the first to moor at the pier of honour. Other large formats quickly followed the call from Ventimiglia. The official opening ceremony is scheduled to take place between June and July 2021 in Ventimiglia, Italy, once the infrastructure work on land has been completed. Cala del Forte is operated by the harbour company Monaco, Reservations are already being accepted.

Zeitgleich mit dem Beginn des Studiums in Lübeck trat 2001 das Kitesurfen auf den Plan, und die intensive Ausübung des neuen Sports sorgte für den beruflichen Schwenk zum Journalismus. Nach Volontariat beim b&d Verlag in Hamburg folgten viele Jahre der redaktionellen Arbeit für ein Kitesurf-Magazin und 2018 der Wechsel zu BOOTE EXCLUSIV.
