The layout of the Ferretti 1000, designed by Filippo Salvetti, features an owner's cabin on the main deck and four guest cabins on the lower deck - which certainly makes the 102-tonner attractive for the charter market. The 40 square metre beach club, the beautiful lounge in the bow area and the extensive glazing that illuminates the interior designed by IdeaeItalia (either classic or modern) should also attract interest. With two MTU 16V 2000 M86 engines, which together generate almost 2000 kilowatts, the Ferretti 1000 is expected to reach around 28 knots; with the standard engines, it is capable of 24 knots. The range is around 300 nautical miles. To save weight and create additional volume, Ferretti Yachts is using carbon fibre for the first time on the 1000. The superstructure and hardtop are made of carbon fibre. Sieckmann Yachts acts as dealer for Germany.
