Custom Line has been one of the Ferretti Group's most successful brands for many years. The so-called Navettas, elegant semi-gliders or displacers with plenty of volume, have been particularly popular with customers in recent years. While Custom Line initially extended the range upwards - the flagship measures 42 metres - the Italians are now launching the Navetta 30, which will mark the lower end of the portfolio. With a length of 28.43 metres, the yacht has a width of 7.31 metres, a draught of 2.20 metres and a displacement of 136 tonnes. For the development of the stylistic concept, Custom Line relied on two designers who were previously unknown to the shipyard: Filippo Salvetti designed the exterior, while the Citterio-Viel office worked on the interior. Stefano de Vivo, CCO of the Ferretti Group, is enthusiastic: "The Navetta 30 takes the brand into a new design dimension." To put it more cautiously, Salvetti has created a sporty, timeless look that is very much in line with the current Custom Line range. However, Salvetti modified the lines of the upper deck slightly to give the yacht a sportier look; the small gap between the hull and superstructure is also new for Custom Line.
Inside, Citterio-Viel developed a maritime look with a modern twist - teak combined with carbon details and leather. The interior designers also optimised the layout to provide the owners with as much volume as possible. The technical equipment: in the standard configuration, two MAN diesels, each with an output of 600 kilowatts, operate in the engine room. They take the Navetta 30 to a maximum of 14 knots; at ten knots, the 14,500 litres of fuel are sufficient for 2150 nautical miles. Custom Line can also install larger engines as an option. The world premiere is planned for the Cannes Yachting Festival.
