The semi-custom brand of the Ferretti Group announced a 50-metre aluminium format that surprises with a dedicated owner's deck.

At the centre of the Navetta 50 is the private owner's level, which is located above the main deck - a unique feature for a yacht with a length of 50 metres. The design brief was once again given to Ferretti designer Filippo Salvetti, who positioned the bridge on the foremost main deck in such a way that it blends in with the lines and yet stands out thanks to noggins and forward-sloping windows. The aft deck is contemporary and open with a main deck pool and 35 square metre beach club. The tender and toys are stored in the foredeck.

The bow-facing owner's terrace is not visible from below or above. The optional lift, which extends up to the sun deck, allows the 30 metre long upper deck to be completely sealed off from the rest of the yacht. The master suite measures 16 metres in length and, like the rest of the interior, was designed by star architects Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel (ACPV), who have rightly received much praise for their maritime interpretation of Navetta 30. For the 50, they favour natural materials such as bamboo and walnut sticks, as well as lots of glass and reflective surfaces.

The 50-metre-long aluminium displacement yacht is due to be launched in summer 2024 with conventional diesel propulsion. Custom Line has delivered over 260 GRP yachts in 25 years. Although the Ferretti brand is breaking new ground with the Navetta 50, it will also come from Ancona. At the 80,000 square metre Adria site, the shipyard group is demonstrating its internal cooperation strength. The neighbouring CRN production facility will be used, where metal formats for Riva and Pershing are already being produced.
