The 50-metre displacement vessel was built in Pisa according to plans by Horacio Bozzo. The US owner wanted on-board technology that was compatible with overseas standards.

Rossinavi built the interior according to designs by Enrico Gobbi. As on "EIV", the yacht builders installed components that are compatible with US standards. A lift leads up to the 130 square metre sundeck, where the bulwark is made of glass, as on all aft decks. The tender & toy fleet includes a seven-metre and a four-metre dinghy as well as two jet skis, which are launched via the stern platform. Two CAT diesels, each with 1081 kilowatts, help "Piacere" to reach a maximum of 15 knots. At ten knots and full bunkers, this results in slightly more than a transatlantic range.

At Rossinavi, work is progressing in Viareggio and Pisa on the 49-metre aluminium "Blue Runner 49", on 66 metres with Vitruvius lines and on the 69-metre Pininfarina project "Infinity 69".
