At the stern of the Wallywhy 150 is a hydraulically lowerable bathing platform that can be transformed into a tender or jet ski lift at the touch of a button.
The name Wally has always stood for innovative technology and modern design. With the new Why 150, there is now an option below the familiar 200.

The latest model in the semi-displacement line follows in the footsteps of its larger, 27.05 metre long sister. Three metres shorter than the 200 yacht but certainly no less attractive. After joining the Ferretti family in 2019, the experienced team of engineers from the Ferretti Group, Studio A. Vallicelli & C and, last but not least, Luca Bassani, who founded Wally in 1984 and, as head designer, made luxury sailing and motor yachts his trademark from day one. His success with this is demonstrated by his client list, which includes prominent names such as the former King of Spain and Fiat and Juve boss Gianni Agnelli.

Wally's Why 150 yacht wants to and can convince potential buyers with a great amount of space, a classy interior and fine technology. If you want to go high up, you will find comfortable sun loungers, an XXL sofa and a dining area with a dining table and bar on the upper deck behind the driving position, where a barbecue and fridge are an indispensable part of the standard equipment alongside matching stools. Dining table number two, together with perfectly upholstered sofas, is located amidships in the glass-fronted saloon on the main deck. The highlight here is the owner's cabin with a panoramic view in the foredeck.

The Wallywhy 150 is a little shorter, but by no means less comfortable than the well-known 200 model.

The cockpit, which is on the same level as the saloon, is dominated by fine teak and a hydraulically lowerable bathing platform that can be turned into a tender or jet ski lift at the touch of a button. Family & Friends can spend the night in one of the three cabins on the lower deck. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds (double or single) and separate bathrooms. The crew of four, who sleep in separate bunk beds, have their own realm in the bow.

When it comes to motorisation, the motto is: all good things come in threes. In other words, Volvo Penta's Inboard Performance System (IPS) always acts as a trio. Three times 900 hp, which make the loaded yacht, which weighs just under 100 tonnes, 21 knots fast, are standard. With the more powerful option (3x 1000 hp), a top speed of 23 knots is promised. The pod drives of the innovative IPS not only make the yacht fast, but also save fuel and guarantee top-class handling. Manoeuvring in narrow harbours becomes the "easiest exercise" with the electronic joystick control, even in windy conditions. With the help of the electronics, the yacht moves forwards, backwards, crossways and at an angle effortlessly and safely in the desired direction of travel and automatically holds its position with the Dynamic Positioning System if required. Jostling? Not a chance. Dropping anchor before jumping into the water and hectic manoeuvres in front of the closed lock gate are a thing of the past. Today, all you have to do is press a button.
