Rebel 50 G: Two IPS units allow 36 knots. The all-round fender strip - filled with foam instead of air - speaks in favour of its use as a chase boat.

Sacs is charting a new course with the Rebel line. The 50 G is not a traditional RIB either, but plays with the look and strengths of a rigid-hull inflatable boat

The Rebel recipe for high rough water qualities: deep V-hull plus fender rails with foam core, which provide the necessary buoyancy at exactly the right moment when entering the wave. A high bulwark also provides safety on the 15.30 metre long and five metre wide model. Two IPS units with a total output of 1066 kilowatts ensure speeds of up to 36 knots and low installation depth. The Volvo Penta gensets are controlled from a control station with three Raymarine displays, a mobile phone charging station that looks like a leather case and turbine-style air outlets from Mercedes. A gyro stabiliser from Quick is optional.

Two layouts are available for the Rebel 50 G

Italian designer Christian Grande is responsible for the rose-coloured accents, the interior and the "G" in the model name. Sacs closes the streamlined superstructure aft on request; the three-metre-long side windows lower electronically as standard. There is a choice of two layouts for the foredeck: island bed or saloon. The midship berth and the wet room to starboard are obligatory. The wet bar and three sun loungers aft, under which the 2.50 metre tender is parked, invite you to take a breath of fresh air. The foredeck offers two levels for relaxing, with the lower areas curved like chaise longues.
