Astilleros Armon handed over the 68-metre-long supply catamaran "Wayfinder" to an owner whose identity is the subject of much speculation.

After "Hodor" (issue 2/20), this is the second delivery from Burela in northern Spain that is based on the Shadowcat series developed by Incat Crowther. The Australian multihull designers created the aluminium format with a width of 14 metres and a draught of just 2.40 metres. Accommodation for 18 "Wayfinder" and 14 additional crew members is provided on four decks. The cat, which operates in the shade, relieves the mother ship with storage space, five large tenders, toys and a certified helipad with hangar on the same level.

An on-board wastewater treatment plant purifies all wastewater to a drinkable quality. Wet and dry waste is also completely treated on board, so that "Wayfinder" is operated according to the zero discharge principle. The drive system is conventional. Thanks to two diesel engines from MTU (16V 4000 M73L), each producing 2880 kilowatts, the 68 metres can run at a maximum of 21 knots.
