Sunseeker presented the further developed version of the superyacht 134 at boot Düsseldorf. The British shipyard has already sold the first model to a customer in the United States. The launch is planned for 2027. With an overall length of 40.45 metres, the Superyacht 134 is the first model from Sunseeker's newly launched superyacht division. The shipyard has revised the original concept in several areas.
The hull length is 40.45 metres, the width is 7.94 metres and the draught is 2.40 metres. The outer lines show a stretched superstructure structure. In addition, the windows in the hull have been given a new visual design with reflective elements. Sunseeker has rearranged the windows in the bow area, giving the yacht a striking appearance.
The outdoor areas are divided between the aft cockpit, upper deck and flybridge. All three zones can be configured differently. As additional equipment, the shipyard offers a whirlpool and an extended hardtop on the flybridge. At the stern, Sunseeker has significantly extended the beach club, which together with the bathing platform creates a spacious social area.
The interior is created in collaboration with Design Unlimited. Buyers are free to choose materials, surfaces and details. The owner's cabin is located on the main deck in the forward area, which offers plenty of privacy and tranquillity. Five guest cabins offer space for up to ten people, while the crew occupy separate quarters that are discreetly arranged and allow for good workflows. In total, the yacht offers space for up to twelve guests and up to nine crew members.
Two MTU engines power the 134. The basic version is powered by two MTU 12V 2000 M96X engines, while two MTU 16V 2000 M97L engines are available as an option. The maximum speed is around 20 knots; at a cruising speed of 10 knots, the yacht is expected to cover over 1,200 nautical miles non-stop, according to the manufacturer. The fuel tank holds 22,428 litres and the fresh water tank 5,350 litres. Sunseeker has installed improved stabilisation systems in the new version, which, according to the shipyard, ensure smooth sailing.
