The customised motor yacht with a fast displacement hull reaches a top speed of 22.6 knots and was specially developed for cruising in the Caribbean and the Bahamas. The interior by British design studio Yodezeen will also be on public display for the first time.
Alia Yachts is bringing its latest superyacht Ximena to the Palm Beach International Boat Show, where it will celebrate its world premiere. The design is by Omega Architects, the ship's construction by Van Oossanen Naval Architects. The yacht stands out with its aggressive, arrow-shaped profile and the striking bow, which is reminiscent of a pelican's beak. The fast displacement hull combines speed with efficiency. With a cruising speed of 20 knots, Ximena achieves impressive ranges; the maximum speed is 22.6 knots. With a draught of just 2.10 metres, the yacht can access shallow waters in the Bahamas and the Caribbean. The design is aimed at transatlantic range and is optimised for cruising along the Gulf Stream and island hopping.
The owner's suite is located on the forward main deck and offers a panoramic view. Four guest cabins are located on the lower deck. The crew areas allow for service during longer voyages. The outdoor areas include a lounge on the foredeck, a spacious cockpit and a versatile upper deck. At the stern there is a beach club with a glazed fitness area and direct access to the water.
The international studio Yodezeen is responsible for the interior design. The design will be presented to the public for the first time during the show. "The presentation of Ximena in Palm Beach is an important moment for our entire team," says Gökhan Çelik, President of Alia Yachts. The yacht epitomises the shipyard's approach to fully customised construction - performance-orientated, architecturally striking and precisely tailored to the owner's vision. Visitors to the Palm Beach International Boat Show will be able to view the yacht and see for themselves the latest addition to the Alia fleet.
