3300 tonne lift for Palumbo | bo
Palumbo Superyachts has inaugurated a new Syncrolift at its Ancona site, which can carry formats weighing up to 3300 tonnes and a maximum length of 110 metres.
The excavation of the seabed and the erection of the sheet piling preceded the commissioning. The system, which cost six million euros, consists of an 81 x 19 metre steel platform on which yachts with a draught of up to six metres can enter the water via 14 winches.
