The plans of the La Ciotat management company Semidep-Ciotat include the development and construction of a 4000-tonne crane, which will make it possible to lift 80m-plus formats out of the water from 2022. The investment volume amounts to around 100 million euros.

Semidep-Ciotat is offering the new partners the right to use the new shipyard site for 35 years. More than a hundred yachts over 50 metres in length come to the shipyard every year for overhaul work.

Seven shipyards (Blohm+Voss (Lürssen), Monaco Marine, Composite Works, Classic Works, Ixblue division H2X, Nautech Group, Sailing Concept) are currently working on the site near Marseille.
