CRN worked on the exterior with the flat superstructure silhouette together with the Dutch studio Omega Architects. The owner hopes that the lightweight construction and optimisation of the hull lines will result in high fuel efficiency. Once the structural work on the hull and superstructure has been completed, CRN will start with the interior outfitting according to Massari Design's specifications. The 52 metre long four-decker offers space for one owner's suite and four VIP suites. CRN, the superyacht brand of the Ferretti Group, is currently building three other solitaires: M/Y 141 (60 metres), M/Y 138 (62 metres) and the 72-metre-long M/Y 139.
