Lapo Elkann took delivery of his "Lap 1" last summer and is currently using it intensively on the Côte d'Azur. The 14 metre long model was built by Baglietto.

Lapo Elkann, grandson of the late Fiat patriarch Gianni Agnelli and a successful designer himself, is following the current day cruiser trend by driving a Baglietto that is almost 14 metres long. The shipyard built the boat from aluminium according to a design by Francesco Paszkowski, while Elkann's Garage Italia Customs studio personalised the exterior. A hand-painted camouflage surface was applied to the hull, gangway and deck, making the "Lap1" an extremely recognisable boat. Her top speed is 37 knots, with a cruising speed of 32 knots. Elkann, who at the age of 38 can already look back on a very eventful jet-set life, has been a fan of the Baglietto brand for some time and is currently in a relationship with Berlin model Shermine Shahrivar.
