"Here comes the sun" is the first Amels 272, the largest model in the Dutch company's limited edition semi-custom line. It is also five metres longer than the largest custom yacht (78m "Montkaj", 1995) ever delivered by Amels. The owner had the interior of the voluminous six-deck yacht (2827 gross tonnes) designed by Andrew Winch, and the ceiling height on the main and owner's deck is an impressive three metres. The private owner's area is 300 square metres in size, with 900 square metres of deck space available. 27 crew members look after a maximum of 16 guests. The shipyard engineers state a top speed of 17 knots and a range of 5500 nautical miles. A helipad has been installed on the bow for convenient arrival and departure.
