Two tugs brought the 77 metre long winch design from Kiel to Rendsburg, where it was fitted out and the steel hull painted matt black.

In contrast to the dark paintwork of the lower three decks, Nobiskrug paints the aluminium superstructure metallic silver. In addition, the sporty lines are complemented by a mast in the shape of a shark fin, which is so thin that the exhaust pipes have to run externally.

Winch Design provided the exterior specifications for the 2080 Gross Tons "Black Shark" project. "We didn't have a shark in mind for the original design," reveals Andrew Winch. "We wanted to create a design with no rough edges and little volume. It wasn't until the owner saw the shark in the design and suggested the adaptation on the mast." Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design also picked up on the shark theme in the interior and had the fin motif engraved into the black granite floor of the bridge deck. Imperial brokered the sale, represented the owner and is overseeing the construction, which Nobiskrug plans to complete in spring 2021.
