More than 70 exhibitors are represented at Boot & Angeln/Camping & Caravaning.

HanseMesse Rostock will open its doors for Boot & Angeln / Camping & Caravaning from 20 to 22 March 2026. For three days, exhibitors will present boats, fishing equipment, motorhomes and caravans. The supporting programme also includes the fishing forum.

Boot & Angeln / Camping & Caravaning will take place from 20 to 22 March 2026 at the HanseMesse Rostock. Visitors can view boats, fishing equipment, motorhomes and caravans at the trade fair. The event combines two themed areas under one roof.

In the boat area, exhibitors show motor and sailing boats, kayaks and other boats from various brands. The camping area presents motorhomes, caravans, roof tents and accessories. A lecture programme with experts from the fields of fishing and travel will run parallel to the exhibition. With over 70 exhibitors, the event covers a broad spectrum.

The exhibitors at Boot & Angeln

A total of more than 70 exhibitors will be present at the trade fair. In the boat area, Aqua Marin will be showing boats from Jeanneau and Merry Fisher. Bootscenter Wolgast has outboards from Suzuki and Mercury as well as aluminium RIBs from Aquaspirit. CBC Cityboats will be exhibiting the Speedcraft BL650 and QX500c models. Paddle Centre Rostock will be showing pedal-powered fishing kayaks from Bonafide, Nativ Watercraft and Polestar as well as hiking and sea kayaks from Prijon. Texas Boote Deutschland presents pilothouse boats in several sizes. Sportboote & Industrie-Motoren Lingrön will be showing boats from Bayliner, Smartliner, Silver and Terhi. Sailing boats from Beneteau, including the First 18SE, First 14SE and Antares models, will also be on display.

Camping and caravanning

Several dealers will be exhibiting motorhomes and caravans in the camping area. Tremp Caravanland will be presenting various models on an indoor stand and in the open-air area. Autohaus Gebr. Müller, Autohaus Manfred Krüger and Autohaus Süverkrüp will also be exhibiting vehicles. Sun-Island-Camper and Skycamper will be demonstrating camper vans. Van-Haltestelle will be presenting conversion solutions for vans. The Federal Association of the Camping Industry in Germany with the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern regional association will be presenting 15 campsites from the region, including Inselcamping Werder and Camping am See Alt Schwerin. Share2camp shows rental concepts for camping vehicles. Nordling Outdoor stocks outdoor equipment and accessories.

Fishing forum

The fishing forum offers an identical lecture programme on all three days of the fair. Michael Reinke will talk about surf fishing at 11 am. Nillchen presents Van Life with Catch and Cook at 11.45 am. Veit Wilde will explain how to catch large predatory fish from the bank at 12.30 pm. Stephan Bleisch will provide information on echo sounder technology 2026 at 1.15 p.m. Torsten Ahrens will talk about Iceland and Norway at 2 p.m. On Friday he will be talking about Iceland's biodiversity, and on Saturday and Sunday about fishing in Norway in the context of changing laws and climate. Andree Hörmann will be giving travel tips for Norway anglers at 3.00 pm. Peter Rinow will be showing belly boat fishing for predatory fish at 3.45 pm. From 4.45 pm, the media & fishing team will be showing film productions about big game fishing in Cape Verde, Madagascar and the Canary Islands.

Great cinema

The cinema presents travel lectures by three speakers. Maximilian Semsch reports on e-bike tours through Germany. He shows his journeys through all 16 federal states and presents Top River Routes. Anuschka Dinter-Mathei presents adventures in the Arctic, travelling through Greenland, Canada and Finland. She gives tips on travelling with a roof tent, camper and motorhome. On Sunday, she will be showing a road trip through the USA in a motorhome. Ingolf Augustin talks about fly fishing worldwide, from tarpon to trout. The lectures take place daily between 11.15 and 16.15. Each lecture lasts 45 minutes. The programme alternates between the three speakers.

Opening hours and prices of Boot & Angeln

The Trade fair opens daily from 10 am to 6 pm. Day tickets for adults cost 10 euros, reduced tickets for pensioners, pupils, students and benefit recipients cost 8 euros. A family ticket for up to two adults with children up to the age of 17 costs 25 euros. Children up to the age of 6 are admitted free of charge. Tickets are available at the box office on site.

Leonie Meyer was born in Detmold in 1997. The passion for boating runs in her family: every year they spend their summer holidays in Croatia with their boat. Even as a child, she leafed through her father's BOOTE magazine.

After training as a design assistant at school, she moved to Magdeburg to study International Journalism. During this time, she completed an internship abroad at a German daily newspaper in Greece and an internship at BOOTE magazine. After graduating with a BA (2020), Leonie did a graduate internship in Mallorca. Her last stop was a cross-media traineeship at a daily newspaper in OWL. Leonie Meyer has been working as an editor in the watersports digital editorial team since 2023 and turned her passion into a career.
