The 37.83 metre long Explorer has 410 gross tonnes - a record-breaking volume for this length segment. The owner engaged Sergio Cutolo and his team from Hydro Tec for the exterior design. The interior, designed for twelve guests, was created by BurdissoCapponi, a young studio from Ravenna with a wealth of experience.
The 8.85 metre wide steel-aluminium displacement vessel is propelled by two MAN diesels, each with 588 kilowatts of power, at speeds of up to 13 knots. At two knots less speed, the range is given as 5000 nautical miles. The owner family plans to set sail on their yacht, which was launched in May 2019, in July and make it available to Rosetti Superyachts for the Cannes Yachting Festival from 7 to 12 September.
