Together with the designers from H2 Yacht Design in London, the Bremen-based company conceived its first own yacht project, which can be realised in the shortest possible time in cooperation with renowned shipyards and suppliers.
The 65 metre long steel-aluminium format is to be built preferably in Germany in accordance with Lloyd's regulations and will offer space for twelve guests and a crew of 18 on five decks. In the engine room, Dörries' engineers envisage two Caterpillar diesels with a total output of 3000 kilowatts, which will be driven by Piening propellers.
Top speed: 16 knots. "Thanks to our predefined technical platforms, our customers benefit from the associated shorter construction times and lower development costs," says Dörries Yachts boss Werner Dörries.
