Heesen waters "Masa"

Frank Laupman from Omega Architects styled the model known by the project name "Aster" from the successful 5000 Aluminium Class entirely in line with Heesen's sporting philosophy: with a classic spoon bow, negative deck sweep and dynamic mast wing. The owner commissioned Christian Gatto to design the interior. Up to twelve guests check in on the 313-tonne lightweight and nine-metre narrow aluminium format, with a crew of nine providing the service. MTU twin diesels with a total output of 5760 kilowatts ensure a top speed of 23 knots. At a speed of eleven knots and a full 68,000 litre tank, this results in a range of 3100 nautical miles. Once the sea trials have been completed, the owner, represented by Arcon Yachts from Monaco, will take delivery of "Masa" in June 2019.
