Launch of 67-metre Benetti

The 67 metre long five-decker is based on a design by Giorgio Cassetta, which he originally developed for the 63 metre long "Metis" (issue 3/20). The Benetti Style Department was responsible for the interior design. The US owner occupies a 160 square metre upper deck, which is connected to the two VIP suites on the main deck and four double cabins below via a lift.

Instead of the enclosed gyms of "Metis", "Calex" relies on a tender crane for the sundeck. Benetti realised a touch and go helipad on the foredeck. A sister ship, the "Rinascimento" project, is currently under construction in Livorno and is scheduled for delivery in 2023.
