The 95-metre Harrison-Eidsgaard design, formerly known as the "Fiji" project, was pulled out of the floating dock by tugs 28 months after the keel was laid at the Lürssen site in Rendsburg.

London yacht designers Ben Harrison and Peder Eidsgaard contrasted the classic hull lines with sculptural superstructures with titanium-coloured wing strips and wide side decks. Moran Yacht & Ship negotiated and supervised the construction for a US owner who has been a Moran customer for 15 years and previously travelled on a 78-metre Lürssen. The interior design, described as modern-contemporary, was created by Studio Laura Sessa. On the 95 metre long and 14 metre wide five-decker, 20 guests check in to ten suites, where they can enjoy a fireplace lounge, a spacious spa area and indoor and outdoor cinemas.

Behind the glass bulwark of the aft deck is a twelve-metre-long pool strip, under which the beach club and diving centre are located. The aft upper deck features a walk-in skylight and a fireplace. A crane integrated into the bulwark moves an aeroboat from the aft sundeck into the water. A helicopter lands and parks for the long term just behind the bow. In keeping with its name, "Madsummer" will sweeten the owner's life from this summer onwards.

Zeitgleich mit dem Beginn des Studiums in Lübeck trat 2001 das Kitesurfen auf den Plan, und die intensive Ausübung des neuen Sports sorgte für den beruflichen Schwenk zum Journalismus. Nach Volontariat beim b&d Verlag in Hamburg folgten viele Jahre der redaktionellen Arbeit für ein Kitesurf-Magazin und 2018 der Wechsel zu BOOTE EXCLUSIV.
