Despite the Covid crisis, Silver Yachts' 35-metre-long "SpaceCat" is on schedule for delivery in mid-2021.
Silver Yachts is now not only building in Australia, where a sister ship to "Bold" is currently under construction, but also in China. A 35-metre-long catamaran is currently being welded at full speed there, which will significantly expand the shipyard's portfolio downwards and comes from the computers of the Monegasque star designer Espen Øino. The so-called "SpaceCat" will have a width of 13.30 metres and an interior living space of 300 square metres. It will travel at a maximum of 21 knots and be very efficient at lower speeds. Delivery: mid-2021.
