The 54 metre long "El Leon" was christened at the gates of Pisa by its owner, who can look forward to a total of 7750 kilowatts of engine power and a top speed of 30 knots.
At Mangusta, the travel lifts never stand still. The largest model in the GranSport line was designed by Alberto Mancini, who fused the powerful Mangusta look with sporty displacement lines and large windows. It is not only on the outside that "El Leon" stands for both comfort and performance. The nine metre wide three-decker is powered by four sixteen-cylinder MTU diesels, each with 1939 kilowatts, which act on four propellers and are intended to achieve a comfortable range of 3500 nautical miles. The draught of just 2.30 metres promises easier handling in harbours and bays.
