Perini Navi was purchased by The Italian Sea Group (TISG) in the third auction.
The legendary sailing yacht shipyard from Viareggio will continue to build yachts. After winning an auction, The Italian Sea Group (TISG) has transferred 80 million euros to the insolvency administrator and received the assets of the shipyards in Viareggio, La Spezia and Pisa as well as a yacht under construction and taken over all trademark rights and patents. The shipyard group from Marina di Carrara is known for Admiral motor yachts up to 100 metres long and for the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63 (issue 6/21). According to TISG, 50 per cent of all Perini sailors have already visited the NCA Refit division. Two previously acquired Perini projects are currently being completed there.
