"Olokun" was built on speculation in Tankoa's shipyards in Genoa. When the owner joined, the aluminium format was already 50 percent complete. Time enough to give the exterior an unmistakable colour scheme. As the black hull absorbs a lot of sunlight, Tankoa Yachts applied a coating to reduce the temperature of the aluminium hull by ten degrees. "Olokun" reaches a top speed of 17.5 knots with conventional diesel engines. The tender is parked at the side in the stern, and two balconies fold down in the owner's suite.
Two further 50-metre projects are currently being welded in the Tankoa halls. In addition, the Italian shipyard is still examining the takeover of Cantieri di Pisa.
