Wider, the shipyard founded by Tilli Antonelli in 2010 with modern halls in Ancona, is working flat out on its first large yacht.
The launch of the 46 metre long Wider 150, designed by Fulvio de Simoni, is planned for 2015. The 355-tonne displacement aluminium semi-glider will be powered by a diesel-electric propulsion system consisting of diesel generators and azipods and welded in accordance with RINA regulations. The stern of the four-decker can be transformed into a large beach club by folding down the side hatches. In keeping with the large yacht news, the Italians presented their 9.60 metre Express Cruiser Wider 32, which was designed as a tender for large formats and attracts attention with its striking axe bow.
