Quick transport to the nearest beach, picnic, swimming: the Deck Boat series from Bayliner offers plenty of outdoor space - even the smallest model.

Just 5.70 is Bayliners 190 Deck Boat long, and can still transport eleven people in reasonable comfort, thanks in part to the wide bow section. If there are a few less, there are hardly any limits to the fun on the water. Even the smallest boat in the series offers plenty of padded seating (in addition to the driver's seat) and storage space for food, drinks, sports equipment and other accessories. In terms of space, the Deck Boats can and should compete with pontoon boats, but the real hull also makes them more agile and manoeuvrable.

Various equipment options are available. The Fishing version, for example, does away with the windscreen completely, but has a fish box, a trolling motor and storage space for rods. The Sport version comes with a tower and larger bathing platform. The standard outfit comes with a biminitop with separating curtain. The windscreen - if desired - has a closable passage to the foredeck. Two outboard engine options are offered by Bayliner, either with 115 hp or 150 hp from Mercury at the stern.

Christian Tiedt was born in Hamburg in 1975, but grew up in the northern suburbs of the city - except for numerous visits to the harbor, North Sea and Baltic Sea, but without direct access to water sports for a long time. His first adventures then took place on dry land: With the classics from Chichester, Slocum and Co. After completing his vocational training, his studies finally gave him the opportunity (in terms of time) to get active on the water - and to obtain the relevant licenses. First with cruising and then, when he joined BOOTE in 2004, with motorboats of all kinds. In the meantime, Christian has been able to get to know almost all of Europe (and some more distant destinations) on his own keel and prefers to share his adventures and experiences as head of the travel department for YACHT and BOOTE in cruise reports.
