At Nidelv, boats are not only built by hand, but also with the heart. And they have been doing so for 80 years. In 1929, Nils Nilsen built the first Nidelv, a typical pointed-rigged boat made entirely of wood.

Plastic only found its way into the production hall almost 40 years later, where exactly 3013 examples of the almost legendary Nidelv 24 were built up to 2001.

If you want to establish yourself on the European market, you cannot limit yourself to the production of family-friendly pointed gates, better known as Snekken. This was realised as early as 1975 in Bjorbekk in southern Norway, where the business is once again firmly in the hands of the Nilsen family after several eventful years, and the Nidelv 18 was presented as the forerunner of the current Sport series.

If you come to Nidelv with sporty ambitions, you can choose between five different models ranging from 6.05 to 9.20 metres in length. At Nidelv, sport means realising elegant shapes that have no negative impact on functionality or driving characteristics.

There is also a sports package with special seats, cushions and paintwork. The icing on the cake are engines and drives that enable top speeds of over 50 knots. Only the high quality standards have been adopted from the tried and tested "classics". Quote from Nidelv: "We only build boats that we are proud of."
