The Company from Dresano near Milan advertises the new model with three characteristics: a modern look, a high level of equipment and corresponding comfort. The production standard for the larger RIBs in BWA's HP Reef series has also been applied to the 22 Sport GT.

In order to do justice to the term "Gran Turismo", which combines sportiness with comfortable travelling, the 6.65 m long rigid-hull inflatable boat was equipped with ergonomic seats and a U-shaped bench seat in the stern. Cushion rollers on both sides are designed to provide either back or rear support when sitting and sunbathing.

There is seating for a total of eight people, with a maximum of 13 permitted on board. The two-colour hoses (white-grey) are made of Hypalon neoprene with 1670 dtex, the boat weighs 670 kg empty and can be equipped with outboards up to 200 hp, whereby the ideal motorisation is specified by the shipyard as 115 hp.

Christian Tiedt was born in Hamburg in 1975, but grew up in the northern suburbs of the city - except for numerous visits to the harbor, North Sea and Baltic Sea, but without direct access to water sports for a long time. His first adventures then took place on dry land: With the classics from Chichester, Slocum and Co. After completing his vocational training, his studies finally gave him the opportunity (in terms of time) to get active on the water - and to obtain the relevant licenses. First with cruising and then, when he joined BOOTE in 2004, with motorboats of all kinds. In the meantime, Christian has been able to get to know almost all of Europe (and some more distant destinations) on his own keel and prefers to share his adventures and experiences as head of the travel department for YACHT and BOOTE in cruise reports.
