Favorite 900: Mulder welds the 9.20 metre long and 3.20 metre wide mini-cruiser from aluminium
Mulder Shipyard calls their popular cruiser series "favourites". The Mulders relaunched the series, which has been in the programme since 1955, in 2010 - initially with themselves as owners in mind. Now there is a new addition

The longest, the Favorite 2200, now measures a full 22.50 metres. The 900 is the latest and smallest addition. The 9.20 metres are also made of aluminium and share both the almost straight stem and the typically gently sloping stern with their big sisters.

Favourites come from Zoeterwoude in the Netherlands

The shipyard from Zoeterwoude in the Netherlands has already produced three examples of the Favorite 900, which it is offering in a limited edition. The central steering position with wooden wheel is designed in the style of a sloop and framed by sideboards. A sprayhood protects against the elements. The large width of 3.20 metres allows for narrow running decks, a spacious cockpit with all-round seating aft and forward and a slightly lowered foredeck - all masterfully finished in teak.

A 235 kilowatt IPS unit from Volvo Penta gives the hull, designed by Studio Delta in The Hague, a top speed of 31 knots. At 20 knots, the Favorite 900 from Mulder Shipyard is efficient on both inland and coastal waters.
