Since Fjord launched the first 40 Open, Hanse Yachts AG has successfully developed the brand and given the boats a distinctive DNA

Following the success of the Fjord 41 XL and 53 XL models, the shipyard is looking to build on their popularity with the new Fjord 39 XL. The 39 XL celebrated its premiere at the "Palma International Boat Show 2024". The new boot combines Italian style with strength and many innovations. It has a slim, elegant design and many interesting details.

With large double bench

The cockpit can be customised - for example with a large double bench and two tables. A great place to relax or enjoy snacks and cool drinks with friends. The Fjord can be equipped with up to four fridges to ensure that the latter don't run out. An optional T-top is available for the driving position. Sun worshippers will also find a huge sun lounger on the foredeck.

Below deck, the Fjord offers a comfortable king-size bed and a luxurious wet room. This area can be ordered in a wide variety of design variants.

Two diesel engines

The 39 XP is powered by two inboard engines: either 2 x Volvo Penta D4-320 (320 hp) or 2 x Volvo Penta D6-440 (440 hp). The shipyard specifies a maximum authorised speed of 45 knots. If you prefer to sail with an outboard engine, no problem, the sister Fjord 39 XL runs with two Mercury Verado V10 engines (400 hp).
