With the Galia 700 Sundeck, Galeon is further expanding the brand's model range. Visually, the sporty glider from Poland is definitely a success!

When the sun comes out, you are well prepared with the Galia 700 Sundeck! The 6.94 m long boat not only offers a spacious cockpit with a comfortable seating area and foldable bimini deck (extra), but also a large, padded (and railing-secured) sunbathing area on the foredeck. The way there is via the port side, not through the centre of the cockpit, thus creating a slightly asymmetrical layout.

Below deck - the entrance is located in the console of the steering position - there is still space for a slip berth and kitchenette. An outboard motor with up to 250 hp is planned as the engine for the boat, which weighs 1700 kg when empty. It is certified with CE category C and authorised for a maximum of eight people.

Christian Tiedt was born in Hamburg in 1975, but grew up in the northern suburbs of the city - except for numerous visits to the harbor, North Sea and Baltic Sea, but without direct access to water sports for a long time. His first adventures then took place on dry land: With the classics from Chichester, Slocum and Co. After completing his vocational training, his studies finally gave him the opportunity (in terms of time) to get active on the water - and to obtain the relevant licenses. First with cruising and then, when he joined BOOTE in 2004, with motorboats of all kinds. In the meantime, Christian has been able to get to know almost all of Europe (and some more distant destinations) on his own keel and prefers to share his adventures and experiences as head of the travel department for YACHT and BOOTE in cruise reports.
