The Cap Camarat series from Jeanneau has been around for over 40 years. It is constantly being revised and further developed - including the new 9.0 CC Série2.

Topics in this article

The new Cap Camarat 9.0 CC Série2 from Jeanneau combines good performance with a high level of comfort for day trips on the water. With an overall length of 8.30 metres and a width of 2.98 metres, the boat offers enough space for up to eleven people in CE category C.

Optimised hull

The hull developed by Sarrazin Design, Michael Peters Design and the Jeanneau design team has been optimised for improved sailing dynamics in a wide range of weather conditions. The sleek lines and extended profile ensure a smoother ride, even in swell.

At the centre of the boat is the central steering position with space for the driver and two co-drivers. The wrap-around windscreen significantly increases driving comfort. The instrument panel is large and offers space for modern navigation instruments.

Particularly practical: the boat has a bow thruster that is controlled by a joystick. This makes precise manoeuvres much easier, even for less experienced skippers. The boat can be motorised with up to two outboards, each with 250 hp (184 kW), which gives the boat sporty handling characteristics.

Flexible outdoor area for various activities

On the port side, the Cap Camarat 9.0 CC Série2 has a fold-out terrace that allows easy access to the water and offers additional space for relaxing.

The cockpit can be reconfigured as required - from a cosy dining area to a large sun lounger in the Sundeck version. Options such as a grill, sink, refrigerator and fish tank are also available.

Practical equipment packages

Jeanneau offers various equipment packages, including the 'Ambiance Pack' for more comfort or the 'Fishing Pack' for fishing enthusiasts. This allows the boat to be customised to different usage profiles.

Inside the boat there is a cabin with two berths, which is ideal for a midday nap. The wide companionway ensures safe access to the interior.

Optional extras include a separate shower cubicle, a separate WC with Plexiglas partition or the 'Interior Ambiance Pack' with additional aft berth. The interior is well ventilated and offers optimised storage options for equipment and personal items.
