Siblings sometimes like to look alike. This also applies to the VR6, which is at the top of the bowrider models from Bayliner, and the VR5. The latter has already been tested by us (BOOTE 12/2015). The biggest difference between the two: On board the VR6, a small slipway with chemical toilet has been accommodated in front of the passenger seat. For this purpose, it was simply extended by a good 0.60 m compared to the VR5 at the height of the driving position. Otherwise, the layout and equipment are almost identical on both boats. Differences
There are differences in the engine: while the VR5 is equipped with a maximum of 220 hp, the VR6 can also be ordered with 250 hp. In terms of crew size, the VR6 is also slightly ahead. It can carry up to nine people, while the smaller sister has a maximum of eight.
