The Pirelli 42 Special Edition, an exclusive development by the Italian RIB forge Sacs Tecnorib in collaboration with the German tuning company Mansory, combines outstanding design and impressive performance.

With an overall length of 13.1 metres and a width of 4.1 metres, the RIB, which can be used as a dayboat or as a tender for large yachts, offers space for up to 14 people on board.

It is characterised by a sophisticated hull and deck design created by the renowned Mannerfelt Design Team and TecnoRib from Roncello near Milan. The six air chambers ensure stability and safety on the water.

Powered by three Mercury 500R high-performance outboards for racing with a total of 1500 hp, the Pirelli 42 Special Edition offers a very sporty driving experience."

The combination of carbon fibre elements and bespoke graphics gives this boat a unique aesthetic that attracts attention. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the customised engines to the colour scheme of the upholstery.

Range and design

The tank capacities of the Pirelli 42 Special Edition are impressive: with a fuel tank of 950 litres, long trips on the water are no problem. The 200-litre water tank ensures a convenient supply of water while at sea. In addition, the boat offers numerous luxury details, such as an interior with waterproof leather that can be customised.

The use of carbon elements in the design, for example in the cockpit area or on the spoiler of the hardtop, waterproof leather, the aerodynamic shape and the striking Mansory design give the rigid-hull inflatable boat a distinctive and luxurious touch.

The special edition will be presented for the first time from 28 February to 3 March at the Dubai International Boat Show on the stand of Sacs Technorib.

Christian Tiedt was born in Hamburg in 1975, but grew up in the northern suburbs of the city - except for numerous visits to the harbor, North Sea and Baltic Sea, but without direct access to water sports for a long time. His first adventures then took place on dry land: With the classics from Chichester, Slocum and Co. After completing his vocational training, his studies finally gave him the opportunity (in terms of time) to get active on the water - and to obtain the relevant licenses. First with cruising and then, when he joined BOOTE in 2004, with motorboats of all kinds. In the meantime, Christian has been able to get to know almost all of Europe (and some more distant destinations) on his own keel and prefers to share his adventures and experiences as head of the travel department for YACHT and BOOTE in cruise reports.
