The 645 Eagle is the largest RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat) from the Brig inflatable boatyard, which is based in the Ukraine. A further 38 models, such as Dingo, Baltic, Falcon tender and Falcon rider with lengths between 2 m and 6.48 m and fixed or inflatable floors, are in the delivery programme.
The V-hull of our test brig is made of cleanly manufactured, glass-fibre reinforced plastic, the hoses with five air chambers are made of Mirasol (PVC) or Hypalon in white or with carrying hose reinforcement in grey, depending on the order.
The test boat hoses were made of Hypalon, the more expensive of the two materials. This skin is often used in professional applications where the boats are exposed to particularly severe temperature fluctuations. The price of the Hypalon Eagle is 1765 euros higher than that of the Mirasol version.
The standard equipment of the RIB includes a 200-litre fuel tank fitted under the cockpit floor, the steering console with controls, a seat unit, complete seat upholstery, storage compartments, an equipment carrier with BSH-attested lighting.
