The Turkish shipyard Alia Yachts has launched the 50 metre long ALY501. The aluminium-carbon yacht built in Antalya is designed to run at speeds of up to 40 knots with its three water jets.

What is emerging from the hall looks very futuristic. The 50 metres resemble an aircraft carrier, combine lightweight construction technology with top design and are shaking up the superyacht segment. With a width of eleven metres and a construction of high-strength Alustar aluminium plus carbon superstructure, the ALY501 is particularly light, stiff and efficient on the move. There is a lot of similarity with the slightly shorter SAN.

Fast and fearless

"The ALY501 represents everything that Alia stands for: Innovation, precision and emotion," explains Gökhan Çelik, President of Alia Yachts. "She is designed to be fast, complex and fearless. Proof that performance and luxury can coexist beautifully."

With a volume of 498 GT, the superyacht offers generous accommodation for owners and guests. Following the launch, the yacht is now being finalised and seatrials are underway. Her owner will take over at the beginning of 2026.

Alia Yachts: Turkish precision with global reach

Since its foundation in 2008, Alia Yachts has established itself as a top address for custom luxury yachts. The production site in the free trade zone of Antalya covers an area of 30,000 square metres and, with its 700 skilled workers, enables a high level of vertical integration. From aluminium, steel and composite hulls to interior fittings, upholstery work and teak decks - Alia Yachts carries out almost all production steps in-house. Insights into the Alia shipyard halls.
