Cantieri di Pisa raises the curtain on the Saturno 56, the first in a series of five models between 38 and 90 metres in length designed by Antonio Luxardo. All Saturnos feature black and white lines on the hull sides, typical window strips and a more traditionally styled stern.
The 57 metre long Number 1 also scores points with its aft deck pool, six-suite layout, 90 square metre saloon and an interior by M²Atelier, which is also responsible for the design of the longer variants. According to Marco Bonelli and Marijana Radovic, the relaxed lifestyle ambience on board is perfect for "third-millennium families".
Like all of the shipyard's projects, the 56 will be powered by an EHPH (Eco High Power Hill) displacement hull, which is designed for long distances and efficient fuel consumption. A hybrid alternative is to be added to the planned Caterpillar C32 packages for the classic drive.
