Zum Verkauf steht meine im Jahr 2016 gebaute, innovative HOC 33p Explorer aus zweiter Hand in einem technisch wie optisch sehr guten Zustand. Es handelt sich um eine schwedische Yacht, die mittlerweile von der dänischen Segelyachtmarke X-Yachts als X-Power 33 in der offenen Cruiser Version weitergebaut wird.
Eine besondere Innovation der HOC ist der Petestep-Rumpf, der durch spezielle vom Kiel zu den Kimmkanten ansteigende Deflektoren weniger Reibung sowie seitliche Gischt erzeugt und damit überaus sparsam im Verbrauch ist. Bei Marschfahrt von 27 Knoten werden nur 1,4 Liter Diesel auf die Seemeile verbraucht, was gerade mal 77 Liter auf 100km entspricht. Zudem bewirkt der Petestep-Rumpf, dass die Yacht sehr leise fährt und großen Komfort bei Fahrt durch Wellen bietet.
An der Yacht wurden alle Services, wie Motorservice und Antifouling jährlich sowie der Z-Antrieb-Service alle zwei Jahre von professionellen und für Volvo Penta zertifizierte Werften (Boote Polch in Traben Trarbach, Hugo Hehner Bootsmotoren Service GmbH in Mainz) ausgeführt. Der letzte Service wurde im Januar 2026 durchgeführt. Hierbei wurden das Antifouling angeschliffen und neu gestrichen, der Motorservice durchgeführt, alle Keilriemen und Spanrollen des Motors erneuert sowie das Bugstrahlruder überholt. Die Servicebatterie und die Starterbatterie wurden in 2024 erneuert. Die komplette Servicehistorie ist dokumentiert und anhand der Rechnungen nachvollziehbar.
Die HOC 33p Explorer bietet Fahrspaß pur: top Speed sind 40 Knoten. Die Bandbreite für den Einsatz ist groß: Das Boot eignet sich als perfekter Commuter bzw. Allwetteryacht und Dank des zur Koje umbaubaren Salontisches nicht nur für ausgedehnte Urlaube zu zweit, sondern auch als Weekender für Familien.
Ich besitze die HOC 33 seit Juni 2021. Seitdem ist die Yacht mit einer Ausnahme nur im Süßwasser auf Rhein und Mosel gefahren worden. Im Sommer 2025 habe ich die Yacht mit Glogau Yachttransporte ans Mittelmeer transportieren lassen und habe die Buchten von Mallorca erkundet. Hier sind auch die Bilder entstanden. Seit Mitte August 2025 ist das Boot wieder zurück auf dem Rhein. Zink-Anoden sind daher ebenfalls vorhanden. Ich verkauf das Boot, da ich den Kauf einer Blauwasser-Segelyacht plane.

For sale is my second-hand, innovative HOC 33p Explorer, built in 2016, in excellent technical and visual condition. This Swedish yacht is now being produced by the Danish sailing yacht brand X-Yachts as the X-Power 33 in an open cruiser version.
A key innovation of the HOC is the Petestep hull, which features special deflectors that rise from the keel to the chines. This design reduces friction and spray, resulting in exceptional fuel efficiency. At a cruising speed of 27 knots, it consumes only 1.4 liters of diesel per nautical mile, which equates to just 77 liters per 100 km. Furthermore, the Petestep hull design ensures a very quiet ride and provides excellent comfort when sailing through waves.
All services on the yacht, such as annual engine service and antifouling, and biennial Z-drive service, were performed by professional shipyards certified for Volvo Penta (Boote Polch in Traben-Trarbach, Hugo Hener Bootsmotoren Service GmbH in Mainz). The last service was carried out in January 2026. This included sanding and repainting the antifouling, engine service, replacement of all engine V-belts and tensioners, and an overhaul of the bow thruster. The service battery and starter battery were replaced in 2024. The complete service history is documented and verifiable via the invoices.
The HOC 33p Explorer offers pure driving pleasure: its top speed is 40 knots. Its versatility is vast: the boat is ideal as a commuter or all-weather yacht, and thanks to the saloon table that converts into a berth, it's not only perfect for extended holidays for two, but also as a weekender for families.
I have owned the HOC 33 since June 2021. Since then, with one exception, the yacht has only been used in freshwater on the Rhine and Moselle rivers. In the summer of 2025, I had the yacht transported to the Mediterranean by Glogau Yachttransporte and explored the bays of Mallorca. The photos were taken during this trip. Since mid-August 2025, the boat has been back on the Rhine. Zinc anodes are therefore also availlable. I'm selling the boat because I'm planning to buy a bluewater sailing yacht.
