This 1992 Linssen 37 SE is a stylish and solidly built motor yacht from the renowned Dutch shipyard Linssen Yachts. With its timeless lines, steel hull, and recognizable Linssen quality, this yacht offers a beautiful combination of reliability, comfort, and classic appearance. The vessel is 11.50 meters long and 3.60 meters wide, resulting in a surprising amount of living space on board. The entire ship was repainted in 2020, contributing to its well-maintained presentation.
On deck, the practical layout is immediately apparent. The steel deck and superstructure are fully clad in teak, giving the yacht a warm and luxurious appearance. The sleek, polished stainless steel railing, fitted all around with integrated boarding steps, ensures safety and ease of use. The aft deck features a red cockpit tent, parts of which are removable or rollable, allowing you to sail comfortably sheltered or with the top down. Furthermore, the vessel features a lacquered swim platform with teak sections, a stainless steel swim ladder, fender baskets on the transom, a searchlight on the radar bracket, and a new dual-tone horn.
Inside, the Linssen offers an atmospheric and well-maintained interior with cherry wood paneling, blue fabric upholstery, and a solid teak floor with rubber seams. The saloon is bright and comfortably furnished, featuring an L-shaped seating area and an interior helm station. In the bow, there is a comfortable circular seating area adjacent to the galley. Furthermore, this seating area can be converted into two additional berths. The owner's cabin is located aft and is equipped with a double bed, bringing the total number of berths offered to four.
The kitchen is practical and neatly finished, featuring, among other things, a 3-burner gas hob, Whirlpool microwave, new stainless steel sink, new worktop with teak edge, new kitchen mixer tap, and a larger 84-liter electric Indel compressor fridge with freezer compartment. Additionally, there is a new chest freezer. Comfort has also been considered: the vessel is equipped with hot water via a Rheinstrom boiler, a Webasto Air Top Evo 5500 diesel hot air heating system, and updated LED interior lighting.
There are two bathrooms on board, both equipped with a new Deluxe flush toilet. Additionally, the ship features two shower facilities: a hand shower in the forward bathroom and a separate shower in the owner's cabin bathroom. The water supply consists of a 440-liter plastic water tank and a 220-liter waste tank, both suitable for a comfortable stay on board.
The propulsion is provided by a Volvo Penta TMD 41B, 6-cylinder diesel engine of 150 hp with approximately 2,399 operating hours. This reliable engine is equipped with indirect cooling and propeller shaft drive. With two steel fuel tanks with a total capacity of 440 liters, the vessel is suitable for longer voyages. The hydraulic steering, bow thruster, and solid continuous keel make maneuvering pleasant and confident.
The electrical installation is also fully equipped. On board are multiple AGM batteries, a Victron Energy Multiplus Compact 12/2000/80 battery charger/inverter, a shore power connection, and two 240W 24V solar panels with a Victron MPPT controller. For navigation and communication, the vessel is equipped with, among other things, Raymarine ST60+ tridata, a Sailproof chart plotter, navigation lights, and a Shipmate RS 8300 VHF radio.
