Bruno Abbate is a legend in Italy. His name is synonymous with motorboats and speed like no other. The origins of the shipyard go back a long way.
Giuseppe Abbate began building fishing boats as early as 1873. His son Guido, Bruno's father, put an engine in a boat for the first time as a teenager in 1930. This laid the foundation for records and considerable success to this day.
Between 1965 and 1970, production was switched from wood to fibreglass-reinforced plastic, which finally led to the desired perfection of the V-hulls. From 1977, the shipyard was called Bruno Abbate, and the plastic boats were henceforth known as "Primatist".
In 1995, the G-series was created in memory of Bruno's son Guidino, who died in a car accident at the age of 20. We ride the G41'.2, the smallest of the G-series.
