Weekend and sunshine, you want to get out on the water. So load the dinghy and outboard motor into the car and set off. That would be nice! You need a single-axle trailer for the Zodiac Mark II Futura. But then you can really get going with the integrated speed tubes.

Weekend and sunshine, you want to get out on the water. Open the boot lid, load the dinghy and outboard motor, get in and set off. It would be nice!

The boat is 4.10 metres long and weighs 102 kg without the outboard motor, making it too heavy to transport in the boot of a car, and the boat and motor are too large.

Nevertheless, nothing stands in the way of a family outing if the boat is placed on a single-axle trailer. Using a trailer also saves an hour and a half each time to assemble and disassemble the boat and install the motor, which - if at all - is only suitable for constant packing and unpacking in the tiller version.

As a result, trailering is always more comfortable and keeps the boot free for luggage.

The conventional "rubber boat" with wooden shelves and transom has been further developed over the years: Slatted floor, "Airdeck" (a completely inflatable shelf) or fixed hull under the carrying tube.
