With the Foil Dock, foil boards can be easily and safely returned to the yacht. The dock expands the range of inflatable accessories for the water playground.

Yachtbeach is moving beach life onto the water. In addition to various inflatable pontoons, a foil ramp is now available in the catalogue. The beautifully smooth ramp (148 x 185 cm), which is ready in seconds, is attached to the pontoon or pool in a few simple steps and fits all standard foil boards - easy launching and "parking" guaranteed. When it is no longer needed, the ramp shrinks to a handy size of 75 x 51 x 29 centimetres and can be easily stowed on board.

Pontoon plus ramp for foilboards

The Foil Dock is a two by two metre module with robust, UV-resistant EVA teak decking plus ramp. This dock can also be reduced to a stowable size of 220 x 35 x 28 centimetres once the work is done.

Once the foil boards have been stowed away again, the guests sit down in the Square Pavilion: a square platform plus inflatable tent roof. The 4.10 x 4.10 metre base is large enough for eight people, while the smaller version (3 x 3 m) can accommodate six guests. Optional fabric panels provide pleasant shade. theyachtbeach.com

Uske was born just outside Volkswagen in 1970 and tested various small boats with sails through her boyfriend (now husband 😊) on a quarry pond. Her studies in Kiel took her to the Baltic Sea with boats of all kinds and eventually to a regatta from Hong Kong to Mauritius via the Academic Sailing Club. Her teacher training ended at the Burda School of Journalism in Munich instead of in the classroom and finally at Boote Exclusiv. After a long break and various stories about house building, she returned to Delius Klasing and has been filling the magazine with long stories about large ships ever since. A family-owned H-boat was quickly sold again as the mother realized that sailing with two small children was neither relaxing nor fun.
